Nintendo 3DS and 3DS XL coming USA and Europe on February 13th

Nintendo is ready to bring its updated mobile consoles to market. The 3DS and 3DS XL will be launching in the USA and Europe come February 13th. Don’t go getting excited just yet, though. It seems the smaller 3DS will not be hitting the USA that same day.
Other details are scarce, but the new consoles should have better performance, faster browsing, quicker downloads, better controls, head-tracking technology, more comfortable 3D viewing and an overall better design. By the way, the design can be easily customized via interchangeable cover plates.
Opinion: I am loving the customizable cover plates, but all the other improvements seem great. Is it enough of an upgrade to justify an upgrade, though? You tell us.

Samsung could release an “Edge” variant of the Galaxy S6 – report

From the recent launch of the  Galaxy Note Edge , it’s apparent that  Samsung  has been trying to stand out from the competition. Though we had our reservations about the new form factor, the next Samsung flagship could launch with an “Edge” variant as well. As reported by SamMobile, Samsung is rumored to launch a different form factor along the Galaxy S6 next year. Much like the Note line this year, the Galaxy S6 is said to launch in two variants: one with a plain slab of glass like we’re used to, and one with a curved-edge display. We’re unsure if the screen will have the same curve on the right edge like we saw at the Note Edge, but we’re hoping Samsung improves on the form factor, as the curved screen device had some problems of its own.
